How do I send you my photos?

Right on the product page you will find an upload field. Add one photo per magnet in your pack, then check out. That is it.

Can I use the same photo for every magnet?

Yes. Just upload the same photo for each magnet in your pack.

What kind of photos work best?

High-resolution photos give the sharpest prints. Phone photos work great as long as they are clear and not heavily zoomed or cropped.

How long until I get my magnets?

Every order is handmade to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for production, plus shipping time based on your location. You will get tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship outside the US?

Right now we ship within the United States only.

What if my magnets arrive damaged?

Contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will remake your magnets or refund you.

Can I return custom magnets?

Because each magnet is custom made just for you, all sales are final. The exception is if something arrives damaged or we made an error, in which case see above. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
