Refund Policy

Because every magnet is custom-made with your photos and text, all sales are final. We can't restock a magnet with your dog's face on it (as cute as he is).

When We'll Make It Right

If something's off on our end, we'll fix it, no hassle. Reach out within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll remake or refund your order:

• Arrived damaged: Magnets got roughed up in transit? We'll replace them.
• Printing defect: Colors way off, blurry print, or anything that doesn't match what you approved? That's on us.
• Wrong item: You got someone else's magnets (awkward) or the wrong quantity? We'll sort it out.
• We messed up your text: If you typed it right and we printed it wrong, we'll remake them free.

When We Can't Refund

• Typos or mistakes in your text: Double-check spelling and dates before you order. What you type is what we print.
• Wrong photo uploaded: Make sure you've got the right pic selected before checkout.
• Don't love the crop: You control the crop and zoom on the preview. If it looked good there, that's what prints.
• Low-quality uploads: Blurry or tiny photos print blurry or tiny. For best results, upload the highest resolution you've got.
• Changed your mind: We get it, but once it's personalized, it's yours.

That said, if you're unhappy for a reason not listed here, email us anyway at keepsakemagnetsonline@gmail.com. We may offer a discounted remake at our discretion. We want you happy, we just can't promise it in writing for everything.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund any time before we start printing your order. Once production has begun, we can't cancel since your magnets are already being made.
