By ordering from Keepsake Magnets Co., you agree to the terms below. They're pretty straightforward.

Your Photos & Content

You confirm that you own the rights to every photo and piece of text you upload, or have permission to use them. Don't upload someone else's copyrighted work, professional photos you don't have rights to, or trademarked characters.
We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including content that's offensive, infringes on someone else's rights, or just isn't something we can print. If we cancel your order for this reason, you'll get a full refund.

Photo Quality

Your magnets are only as sharp as the photos you upload. Low-resolution, blurry, or heavily compressed images may print soft or pixelated. For best results, upload the highest quality originals you have. We can't improve a photo beyond what you give us.

Personalization

What you type is what we print. Please proofread names, dates, and text carefully before ordering. We're not responsible for typos or errors in content you provided. (See our Refund Policy for what happens if we make the mistake.)

Custom Products Are Final Sale

All personalized magnets are made to order and are final sale, except as described in our Refund Policy.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Your card is charged at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, in which case you'll be refunded in full.
